As soon as your order is placed we inform the DVLA, so it is important to provide us with as much information as possible to speed up the registration process.

Whilst waiting for the documents to arrive, our team of qualified motorcycle and scooter technicians will get to work on assembling your item.

Once your item is assembled, it will then go through a vigilant testing system and PDI (we do this 3 times on each bike to ensure everything is in working order), your item will also go through a road test to ensure that everything is in safe working before it is delivered.

As soon as all the above are complete, will then attach the numberplate and prepare the vehicle ready for delivery. If you require, we can deliver your item to almost anywhere in the UK free of charge (Non-Standard areas may incur an extra charge), or you can collect from our premises in Exeter, Devon.

Order via the internet

You can place your order over the internet by visiting our retail website over our secure server. We will be notified as soon as the order is placed so your order will be processed in real time. You can also make payments online by all major credit/debit cards.

Order over the counter

If you would to see your item before you place your order, you can come and visit us and have a look around our showroom. Our friendly staff are always on hand to help you decide the right product for you. We are open Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm and 10am-2pm on Saturdays.
